Issues anybody??

I am just curious, I noticed a few people writing me PM's or posting here on this blog, they were saying they may be haviong difficulties getting the show because of demonoid and canada blocking traffic to the site... I know a few people have been using proxy servers to bypass that, and if anybody is having issues, let me know and i can help you get past that IP blocking issue at least... Also, a few people made some suggestions as to where we should post the show when there are issues with our main site... So, i am still looking for suggestions, and will check out a few of the sites listed in the posts on this blog... Anyways, i defintley want to figure out a better site, possibly a little less popular, off the radar so to say, so we can still get you the "jack and rod" show, but also maintain some anonymity... So please feel free to voice your opinions about the issues at hand and perhaps give us suggestions on the other issues we have...

I'm not sure what site you want to use but I have been trying to bypass the demonoid canada blocking with proxies myself, but i've found them slow and unreliable (maybe i just had a bad list of free proxies?). So i'll follow wherever because I am still putting up with less than stellar rips.

2 days My tracker is rejecting due to
"bad file info - path-album art jpeg disallowed for security reasons"

Could this be Comcast???

The Demonn is down for now...it might be permanent and on top of that I bricked 2 hd in one day and I have lost almost everything. I have lost about 2 years worth of Jack and Rod. Anyone have any ideas about what software I can use to recover?

Hi guys
came across your note in one of the October 'Jack & Rod' downloads. I've just been to demonoid and it looks like it's down for good. I live in Sydney Australia and d/l the show every day. I love it so am crazy keen to find an alternative source. Anyone have any suggestions?

As to the person who lost 2 years worth of shows, I have every broadcast going back to Jan 2002 and many from before so all is not lost. It's about 100+GB worth of stuff loaded into iTunes on a mac. I would be happy to share the love, but can anyone suggest where to go to keep the collection bang up-to-date? I'm jonesing for my MTT fix.

Peter,
I would recomend that for now try sumotorrent.com or mininova. I also go to redskunk.org which is all Jack and Rod torrents. Do that until we hear from The Dog or DJkikrome. I will start posting the show on mediafire and I will report back here where I post it. Obviously it won't be my own rip but at least it's something.

p.s. if anyone can help me get the jack and rod shows somehow I would grealy appreciate it. After losing everything the show is the most important thing that I lost.

All's not lost. I'm trying to get in touch with the dog but in the mean time, leave me the sites you are members at and I'll try to get a pm to you. I know that we talked about tunebully.com for the backup and also beakeer and sweetcakes are sitting over there. I also know p.r.t.crew is over on torrentportal.com It seems like a cool site. I've talked with da boss and pro2x and they like that spot and so their sitting on that for now. As far as mtt's, I've got them all still and I can work with you guys to keep things current. For the guy that lost all the stuff, I have 2002 thru today. I have some gaps in there of course but It's pretty good. I'm working on 1994-2002 right now and gathering some 80s stuff randomly where I can find it. Always planned on a huge collection and one huge posting for everyone 1 day. It is still not going back before the 90s unfortunately because I'm having trouble finding anything in that time frame, but it will be one hell of a collection when it's done. Like I said, let me know what sites you are on and we can go from there. Cya brothers.
